The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has taken action against 23 construction companies and suppliers, blacklisting them due to delays and failure to complete projects after securing contracts. These sanctions were issued based on recommendations from various public bodies.
Several of the blacklisted companies now face three-year bans. Among them is Dipayal’s IS Construction Pvt Ltd, which was specifically highlighted for a three-year blacklist following a recommendation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law of the Sudurpaschim Province Government.
