Accident: Five Killed as Taxi Plunges into Trishuli River

A devastating accident on the Prithvi Highway in Chitwan, Nepal, has resulted in the loss of five lives. A taxi (Ba 2 Ja 4196), traveling from Kathmandu towards Gorkha, tragically veered off the road and plunged into the unforgiving waters of the Trishuli River.

Local police forces, responding to the scene, recovered the bodies of five victims: a young girl, two women, and two men. Sadly, their identities remain unknown at this time.

The cause of this heartbreaking accident is still under investigation. Authorities are working tirelessly to determine if there were any additional passengers present in the taxi at the time of the incident.
