J-POP Manga has revealed all the details on the imminent arrival in Italy of The Dragon and the Chameleon, the work of Ryo Ishiyama. The first volume of the manga will be available in all comic shops, bookstores and online stores starting from January 29th at the price of €6.90. The work will then be serialized every two months.

Ryo Ishiyama began his career in the manga world as Eiichirō Oda’s assistant and is the author of the spin-off One Piece Episode A with drawings by Boichi. The Dragon and the Chameleon is his first original series to arrive in Italy and was warmly recommended by My Hero Academia creator Kohei Horikoshi who spoke of Ishiyama as a person “who truly loves shōnen manga from the bottom of his heart” and who created The Dragon and the Chameleon with all of himself, putting “blood, bones, body and spirit” into it.
