Dang: Two people are missing after two autorickshaws were swept away by flash floods in Kalakhola, Tulsipur, on the Ghorahi-Tulsipur road section.

The incident occurred on the night of August 2, when an autorickshaw (RA 6 HA 4055) traveling from Tulsipur to Khadrai was washed away by the Bechani River. The missing individuals have been identified as 55-year-old Sita Ale and 16-year-old Manju Khadka from Surkhet. A search operation is currently underway.

In a separate incident, another autorickshaw (RA 1 SA 2357) was swept away by the Kalakhola flood while traveling from Tulsipur to Bijauri. The driver, 22-year-old Durga Pun from Tulsipur-7 Praseni, was rescued.
