The second part of the Chainsaw Man manga focuses on Asa Mitaka, along with Denji and Pochita, in a new end of the world. The Apocalypse seems to be in front of them, but it is not exactly the four horsemen of despair, but the end of the confrontation of the demon of senescence.
Chapter 189 was titled “Heart Pass, Octo Pass.” Number 190 is titled “Each one to their respective world.” The chapter closed the “Church of Chainsaw Man” arc with a tragicomic scene.

Remember that the series is divided into two parts, and although its anime adaptation is not even halfway through the first, the story remains dynamic, leaving aside the issue of reaching the screen with dignity.
In the previous chapter we saw Fumiko’s life in danger, however, we were also shown an unstable moment for Denji and Asa. Despite forming an alliance with Hirofumi Yoshida, nothing seems to provide them with a better accommodation in the situation. A tentacle demon and the demon of senescence devoured the environment.
The demon of senescence is integrated into the forest in which everyone is, so he has two options: 1) continue fighting Denji for all eternity or 2) let them go. Chainsaw Man tells him that, thanks to his stomach, he can return all his companions to earth, even if the demon objects. However, only he would stay for eternity in the forest, keeping him company, since he cannot return to himself.
Upon arriving, the demon finally felt the emptiness and despair, before reaching the forest.
After this, the demon of senescence decides to set them free, however, life in the world remains just as chaotic. The people from Chainsaw Man’s church are kept wandering around with a chainsaw on their heads, while the cast enjoys coffee, everyone around them is murdered.
The absurd and violent things happening in the world are terrible, and the new team has to move forward in the midst of so much chaos and drama. The end of the arc presented us with the simplicity of existence. It is worth mentioning that it was a bittersweet drink and a strong criticism: we live under the curtain of violence and the only thing we can do is continue drinking coffee…

Chainsaw Man: Who is Hirofumi Yoshida?
Hirofumi Yoshida is a senior hunter, and belongs to the first part of the story. Makima considers her skills as a swordsman to be on par with those of Kurusabe (Denji and Power’s teacher) and Tamaoki. He seems responsible for Nayuta’s murder; and he is also the one who severed Asa Mitaka’s arms.
Her partner in the organization is Fumiko Mifune, she is a demon hunter and belongs to the Public Security organization. It is part of Special Division Seven. The girl’s mission is to attend the high school where Denji enrolls, and one of her main objectives is to monitor and threaten the boy, when necessary. He also steals a kiss from her in a chaotic moment.

Chainsaw Man follows the story of Denji, a young man who is an orphan, but whose father abandoned him with a debt associated with the yakuza. Because of this, the little boy is extorted and is completely helpless, until he meets a dying demon; At a crucial moment, the boy gives him his blood so that he survives, after which the demon is indebted to him.
They forge a bond and begin to live together out of affinity. However, there comes a time when an assassination attempt will make Pochita, the demon dog, give his heart to Denji, so that he can stay alive and achieve his dreams. The demon is curious about the sensations this can cause. provoke in a human.
However, Pochita is someone extremely important in the hierarchy of his harmful companions. Denji ignores that the most dangerous demons want his head, so he begins to enjoy his life, which will soon become a nightmare full of losses and traumas, but also desires and moments of intense happiness.

The second part of the Chainsaw Man manga inserts a new protagonist: Asa Mitaka, who inherits the will of one of the horsemen of the Apocalypse, the demon of war: Yoru.
After the death of Makima, Aki and Power, Denji takes care of the new heir to the control demon: Nayuta. He tries to continue living, but he doesn’t know that the four strongest demons not only want to destroy him, but also the entire world.
Denji lives a peaceful season, next to Nayuta, while Yoru inserts himself into the mind of the helpless Asa Mitaka who increasingly trusts Denji and Chainsaw Man, without knowing that there is a Red and a Black Chainsaw Man. A strange and controversial romance could result and unite the protagonists.
