A two-year-old boy from Jhapa died after being crushed by an iron gate.
Shivayam, the son of Savanam Maskara, played at his uncle’s house in Arjundhara Ward No-6 when the tragic accident occurred. He was seriously injured and rushed to B&C Hospital for medical attention.
Unfortunately, despite the efforts of medical professionals, Shivayam succumbed to his injuries early Friday morning.
The local police office confirmed the death and is currently investigating the incident.
