In the second match of the ongoing Nepal Premier League (NPL) in Kathmandu, Chitwan Rhinos are taking on Kathmandu Gurkhas. At the TU Cricket Ground, Chitwan Rhinos won the toss and opted to bowl first against the Kathmandu Gurkhas.
Kathmandu’s lineup features international players including England’s Stephen Eskinazi, Dan Douthwaite, and Nathan Sowter, as well as Michael Levitt from the Netherlands and Gerhard Erasmus from Namibia.
Meanwhile, Chitwan’s international roster includes Pakistan’s Sohail Tanvir, England’s veteran all-rounder Ravi Bopara, Namibia’s Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton, England’s Luc Benkenstein, and Afghanistan’s Hasan Eisakhil.
In Saturday’s NPL opening match, Janakpur Bolts defeated Biratnagar Kings.
