A husband and wife were discovered deceased at their home in Kanchanpur on Friday. Ramesh Badayak, 45, and his wife Kamala, 41, were found in the yard of their residence in Laljhadi Rural Municipality-1.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Umesh Joshi, both individuals sustained injuries consistent with being struck by a sharp object.
A team of investigators, including trained dogs from the state police office in Dhangadhi, has been dispatched to Laljhadi to investigate the incident.
