Dead Tiger Found in Nepal’s Nawalparasi

A male tiger has been found dead in the Madhya Bindu municipality of Nepal’s Nawalparasi (Bardghat-Susta East) district. The remains were discovered in a forest near the road to Arunkhola in ward no. 10. District Police Office Information Officer DSP Bed Bahadur Paudal confirmed the find.

Preliminary investigations suggest the tiger may have died between 10 to 15 days ago. A joint team comprised of police and officials from the Division Forest Office in Kawasoti is leading the investigation. Forest Officer Arjun Sapkota emphasizes the importance of determining the cause of death, and a team of veterinarians has been dispatched to the scene.
