Accident in Tulsipur Kills Two

Tulsipur, Nepal: A tragic jeep accident occurred on Saturday morning in Tulsipur, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and serious injuries to three others.

The deceased have been identified as 22-year-old Hiramani Budhamagar of Dangisharan Rural Municipality-4, Baibang, and 19-year-old Suresh Khadka of Kapurkot Rural Municipality-6, Salyan.

According to Police Inspector Prakash Thapa, the ill-fated jeep, bearing the registration number RA 1 JA 822, was en route from Rolpa to Tulsipur via Salyan. The vehicle veered off the road and plunged approximately 300 meters downhill near Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-3, Satate.

Three individuals sustained critical injuries in the accident: 31-year-old Dewa Oli of Kapurkot-6 and her two sons, 13-year-old Mahesh Oli and 10-year-old Jiban Oli. They were initially treated at Rapti Regional Hospital Tulsipur before being referred to Nepalgunj for advanced medical care.

Local authorities are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
