A clash erupted between police and residents of Aurahi Rural Municipality-1 Poudesar in Dhanusa. The dispute stemmed from a disagreement surrounding a love relationship between young people in the community.
Residents blocked the road in protest, leading to a confrontation with police attempting to clear the blockage. Dhanusa police spokesperson DSP Ranjan Awa confirmed that police used seven tear gas canisters to disperse the crowd.
