A 20-year-old man, Ayush Chaudhary, from Dang, was fatally stabbed in the Waling municipality of Syangja district. The incident occurred while he was camping in the Bayatari area.
Police have arrested 35-year-old Nim Bahadur Gharti, a resident of Bayatari, in connection with the stabbing. Chaudhary was taken to Waling’s primary hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Indra Bahadur Rana, confirmed the arrest and stated that the motive for the crime is under investigation.
