A wildfire swept through Hadbas village in Rajpur rural municipality-7, Dang, destroying 24 straw-roofed houses and 10 sheds. Only one house, constructed with zinc, remains standing.
Pushkar Wali, chairman of Ward No. 7, reports that the fire originated in a nearby forest and remains uncontrolled. The proximity of the settlement to the forest area likely contributed to the rapid spread of the blaze.
