A forest fire in Sindhuli’s Golanjar rural municipality has caused significant damage, destroying three houses and a shed. The fire, which reached the Gairigaon settlement on Tuesday evening, is estimated to have caused approximately 19 lakh 50 thousand rupees in losses.
The homes of Bed Koirala, Indra Lal Shrestha, and Tilak Lal Shrestha were destroyed in the blaze. Koirala’s house and barn were completely lost, while the other homeowners suffered damage to their houses. Fortunately, there were no reports of human or animal casualties.
