Anjan Bista, one of Nepal’s all-time leading goal scorers, has signed with Fortis FC to compete in the second leg of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The news was confirmed by Fortis FC club manager Rashedul Islam, who praised Bista’s experience on the Nepali national team and his impressive hat trick against Bangladesh.
“Anjan is a regular and experienced player for Nepal,” said Islam. “We believe he can support us upfront.”
Bista’s signing adds valuable depth to the Fortis FC roster and will provide support as they navigate challenges with player suspensions and injuries. He is expected to join the club in Dhaka after representing Nepal against Bahrain in an upcoming World Cup Qualifier on March 26th.
