- Aaarti Neupane: Transferred from the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation.
- Mohan Niraula: Transferred from the Ministry of Health and Population to the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation.
- Gokarna Prasad Upadhyay: Transferred from Ministry of Home Affairs to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration.
- Sarokumar Pokharel: Transferred from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply.
- Laxman Bahadur Kathayat: Transferred from Bhajani Municipality of Kailali to the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation.
