The Water and Meteorology Department reports a mix of clear skies and localized weather activity across Nepal. Currently, hilly regions are partly cloudy, with other areas mostly sunny.
Gandaki Province is experiencing scattered light rain with thunder and lightning. This afternoon, most hilly regions will see clearing skies. One or two locations in Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, and the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim Province may still have light rain, thunder, and lightning. Snowfall is possible in the highest elevations of Gandaki Province.
Lumbini Province, as well as hilly parts of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces, should be alert for potential storms. Most of the country will have clear skies tonight, with lingering clouds only in the hilly zones of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali Province.
