A disturbing case of sexual violence has rocked the community of Bhaktapur. Lakshmi Prasad Faju, a 61-year-old resident of Bhaktapur Municipality-3 Khau, was taken into custody by authorities on Sunday. The arrest came after allegations surfaced that Faju had repeatedly committed acts of rape against a 16-year-old girl over an unspecified period.
Acting on the victim’s complaint detailing the heinous crimes, officers from the Durbar Square police station swiftly apprehended the accused.
