Siraha: The lifeless body of a 32-year-old Indian man has been discovered in a gravel pit near Golbazar Municipality. The deceased, identified as Babul Kumar Khan from Samastipur, Bihar, India, was visiting relatives in Itari Toll, Dhangadhimai Municipality.
Local reports suggest that Khan had a heated argument with his companion, Bijay Yadav, following a night of drinking. Khan sustained severe injuries during the altercation and was subsequently found unconscious.
Police suspect that Khan succumbed to his injuries. His body has been sent to Ramkumar Upamaprasad Regional Hospital in Lahan for a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.
The incident is under investigation, and Yadav has been apprehended by the police for questioning.
