A popular social media influencer, 27-year-old Aanvi Kamdar, lost her life in a heartbreaking accident while filming a video at the Kumbhe waterfall in Raigad district. A chartered accountant by profession, Kamdar was on a monsoon getaway with friends when the tragedy struck.
According to local police, Kamdar slipped and fell into a 300-foot-deep gorge while capturing footage. Her companions immediately alerted authorities, who launched a rescue operation. Despite being rescued and rushed to a nearby hospital, Kamdar succumbed to her injuries.
