Nepal Telecom customers have been facing disruptions to mobile and landline services since Monday, June 24th, after 4:30 PM. Issues include failing to receive calls, send SMS, and access mobile data.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Nepal Telecom has yet to publicly acknowledge the outage or provide an explanation for the cause. The company’s website and social media channels also lack any information regarding the service disruption.
This lack of communication is likely to cause frustration among customers who rely on Nepal Telecom services. Hopefully, Nepal Telecom will address the outage soon and provide an update for their customers.
