A tractor accident on Sunday evening near RCP Bazar, Raskot Municipality-5, Kalikot claimed the life of the driver and injured two others.
The tractor, numbered Bhe 2 Ta 2692, veered off the road and plunged roughly 100 meters, according to Provincial Traffic Police Office Surkhet.
The driver, identified as Bir Pariyar, 27, from Chingad Rural Municipality, Surkhet, succumbed to his injuries during treatment at Karnali Provincial Hospital Kalagaon on Monday morning. Two other passengers, Prakash Tiruwa and Nama Sarki, both 22 years old from Kalikot Raskot Municipality-5, were also injured in the accident. They are currently receiving treatment at the same hospital.
