A bus traveling in Kathmandu experienced a sudden engine failure on Wednesday morning, injuring one passenger.
The passenger, identified as 54-year-old Dawa Lama from Dolakha, is currently receiving treatment at Narayantar Hospital. Lama now resides in Makalbari, Kathmandu.
According to police reports, the incident occurred on the Bauddh Peepalbot road section when the engine of the Baba Gokarneshwor bus No. PRA 3-01-005KHA 9866 malfunctioned.
Police are currently investigating the cause of the engine failure.
