Kusum Sharma Signs Third Film “Maili” After “Bar and Badhu”

Model Kusum Sharma has secured her role in a third film titled “Maili” under the banner of Runa Entertainment. This news comes on the heels of the upcoming release of her second film, “Bar and Badhu,” scheduled for August 30th, 2024.

Details regarding Sharma’s character in “Maili” remain undisclosed, directed by Babu Saheb Balami. However, this signing marks the completion of the film’s cast, according to the production team.

The film boasts a female-centric narrative, reflected in the leading cast: Priyanka Karki, Karishma Manandhar, Kamala Ghimire (singer), Anshu Maharjan (actor), Kusum Sharma (model), and Sushma Lama (color journalist). Director Balami emphasizes the film’s focus on portraying the struggles of women.

Filming is slated to commence shortly, with locations spanning Makwanpur, Kulekhani, Kathmandu, and Dubai.
