In a successful operation, the Armed Police Force Nepal Border Out Post (BOP) Futaha, Bardiya detained a suspect and seized approximately 23 kilograms of a hashish-like substance. The arrest occurred at around 4 AM in the Badhaiyatal rural municipality-2 border area.
During a routine check, the substance was found divided into 39 plastic-wrapped packets within two bags carried by the suspect. Bam Bahadur Pun, 34, of Sanobheri Village Palika-5 in Rukum West, was arrested while attempting to cross from Nepal into India.
