Leopard Dead in Palpa

Palpa, Nepal: A leopard was discovered deceased in a drain along the Chandi Bhanjyang-Jorte road in Tansen Municipality-12 on Monday. The cause of death remains undetermined.

The Division Forest Office reported that the leopard measured 43 inches in length and 27 inches in height, excluding its tail.

In the presence of representatives from the Division Forest Office, police, community forest, ward office, and residents, the leopard was interred on the premises of the Division Forest Office.
