A man has been arrested in Kailali district for allegedly murdering his wife. Dumbar Bahadur Chunara, a resident of Chure Rural Municipality-6, Dhungeni village, is accused of killing his 47-year-old wife, Hira Devi Chunara, with an axe.
According to the Sudurpaschim Province Police Office, Chunara struck his wife on the head with the axe, causing her immediate death. The local police office in Faltude has taken him into custody.
