Jhapa: A 48-year-old man, Krishna Sharma, lost his life after being gored by a bull in Gauradaha Municipality Ward No. 7, Jambari.
The incident occurred on Thursday evening while Sharma was attempting to move a bull that was tied to a fence. The bull attacked him, causing severe injuries. Despite being rushed to Lifeline Hospital in Damak, he succumbed to his injuries.
Hospital authorities confirmed that Sharma had sustained multiple rib fractures. He was subsequently referred to Nobel Hospital in Biratnagar, but unfortunately, he did not survive.
Another individual, 45-year-old Rabin Rajbanshi, who was also involved in handling the bull, sustained injuries and is currently undergoing treatment.
