In Shankha Park, Kathmandu, authorities discovered the lifeless body of a 35-year-old man earlier today, as disclosed by DSP Amar Thapa from the Maharajganj police circle.
The identity of the deceased individual remains unknown at this time. Locals indicate that the individual was known for scavenging discarded items.
