A 50-year-old man was found dead with his throat slit in Thalaha village, Gadhi Rural Municipality, Sunsari district on Monday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Gyanchan Rishidev. Local police confirmed the incident, stating that an investigation into the murder is underway.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Nabin Krishna Bhandari from the Sunsari District Police Office is leading the investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the killing.
