Authorities are searching for a man who went missing after jumping from the Sunkoshi River Bridge on Friday night.
According to the Khurkot Area Police Office, 56-year-old Bishnu Prasad Sangraula, a resident of Kathmandu, jumped from the bridge near Surkot Bazar in Sindhuli’s Golanjor Rural Municipality-7 at around 10:00 pm.
Police said they have notified Sangraula’s relatives and a search operation is underway.
