An 18-year-old man, Kaif Nadaf, was tragically killed by strangulation in a mango orchard located in Janaknandini rural municipality-2, Dhanusha. Local police report that the victim was murdered by his friends during an argument over watching a video on his phone.
Two individuals, Sahamat Nadaf (30) and Jakis Nadaf (22) have been arrested in connection with the murder. According to District Police Office Dhanusha DSP Ranjan Awa, the dispute escalated when Kaif Nadaf went out for a beer with his friends around 10:30 pm.
The victim sustained severe injuries and was transported to India for treatment, but tragically passed away at 2 am. His body was returned home, and authorities were informed. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
