Mahottari, Nepal – A destructive fire erupted at 1 pm on Wednesday in Madrasa village, located in Matihani Municipality-6 of Mahottari. The blaze has destroyed more than 100 houses.
Firefighters and security personnel are battling the flames. Ten fire trucks and over 300 security personnel have been deployed. Mahottari DSP Santulal Jaiswar confirms that efforts are underway to bring the fire under control.
