MATIHANI – A fire devastated the Bharat Furniture Industry in Matihani Bazar last night, resulting in property losses estimated at over Rs 35 lakh. The blaze reportedly began at 10 PM on Monday. Furniture and raw materials were destroyed in the fire.
Residents, the Armed Police Force, and the Nepal Police worked with the Matihani Municipality fire engine to extinguish the flames. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
