A fatal collision occurred this morning on the Madan Bhandari highway in Kamalamai Municipality-13, Upper Ranibas, Sindhuli. A truck (Ma. Pra.04-001 Ka 0051) traveling from Katari towards Bhiman struck a motorcycle (92 Pa 6562) coming from the opposite direction.
Sadly, the motorcycle rider, 30-year-old Riddi Bahadur Miring Singh of Hariwan Municipality-7 in Sarlahi, succumbed to serious injuries sustained in the accident. Police rushed him to the District Hospital Sindhuli, but he could not be saved.
Authorities have detained both the truck and its driver for further investigation.
