Dhoni leaves an extraordinary legacy as one of the most successful captains in IPL history, guiding CSK to five IPL titles (2010, 2011, 2018, 2021, and 2023). Under his leadership, CSK became synonymous with consistency, reaching the finals ten times and making it to the playoffs for 12 seasons.
Dhoni’s captaincy record is remarkable – he led CSK in 235 matches, winning 143 and losing 90, with two ending in No Result. His overall IPL captaincy record stands at 133 wins in 226 games.
