In an official statement posted on the social media platform X, Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed the nation’s grief and solidarity with the people of Iran. “We are deeply saddened to know about the passing of His Excellency Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, President, and His Excellency Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs, of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the helicopter crash yesterday,” the statement read.
