Nepal Oil Corporation Cuts Fuel Prices Starting August 15th at Midnight

Kathmandu, Nepal – Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced a reduction in the prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene, effective from midnight on Thursday, August 15.

The decision was made during a board meeting held on Thursday evening. Petrol prices will be decreased by Rs. 5 per liter, while diesel and kerosene will be cheaper by Rs. 3 per liter.

The new prices will vary across different regions of Nepal. In Charaali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhganj, Bhalbari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Birgunj, petrol will be priced at Rs. 162 per liter, and diesel and kerosene at Rs. 152 per liter.

For residents of Surkhet and Dang, petrol will cost Rs. 164 per liter, with diesel and kerosene at Rs. 154 per liter.

In Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal, the new prices are set at Rs. 165 per liter for petrol and Rs. 155 per liter for diesel and kerosene.
