After winning the toss and choosing to bat, Nepal concluded their innings at 184 runs, losing eight wickets in the allocated 20 overs. Aasif Sheikh led the charge for Nepal with an impressive 47 runs, receiving support from Kushal Bhurtel (20 runs) and Captain Rohit Poudel (25 runs). Gulsan Jha and Kushal Malla also made significant contributions, adding 34 and 26 runs, respectively, to bolster Nepal’s total.
The Netherlands faced a formidable bowling performance, with Fred Klaassen, Timm van der Gugten, Michael Levitt, and Sybrand Engelbrecht each securing two wickets.
Now, with a target of 185 runs to claim victory, Nepal is geared up to defend their total and vie for the title in the T20I series finals.
