Currently, hilly areas, including Koshi province, are experiencing clear skies. This afternoon, expect clear weather in hilly regions and partly to mostly cloudy skies across the rest of the country. Scattered light rain with thunder and lightning is possible in some hilly areas, with isolated light snowfall in high hills and Himalayan regions.
Tonight, clear skies will prevail in hilly areas. Light snowfall is possible in select locations within the high hills and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali.
Travel and Activity Caution: Light snowfall in these areas may cause some disruptions to transportation (road and air), agriculture, health services, tourism, and mountain climbing.
