The death toll from a devastating jeep accident in Nepal’s Palpa district has tragically risen to 10. Eight individuals died at the scene, while two more succumbed to their injuries while receiving treatment at Lumbini Medical College.

The Jeep (Lu 1 Jha 2371) lost control and tragically plunged 300 meters. Authorities have identified the deceased as:

  • Krishna Bahadur Aslami (67), Tinau-6
  • Urmila Aslami (28), Tinau-6
  • Chandra Rana Pal (7), Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City-14
  • Chuna Rana Pal, Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City-14
  • Gita Sunar (20), Tinau-2
  • Bishnu Kala Kami (66), Rebdikot Rural Municipality-1
  • Dil Kumari Sunar (65), Rebdikot Rural Municipality-1
  • Dil Maya GC (29), Devdaha Municipality-5
