A two-day international conclave focusing on “Global Peace for Prosperity” will begin this Thursday in Lumbini, Nepal. Jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Honorary Consular Corps Nepal (HCCN), the event will feature presentations and discussions on Lumbini’s cultural heritage, Nepal’s investment opportunities, and tourism potential.
Key participants include 18 non-residential ambassadors to Nepal, senior Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials, dozens of Honorary Consuls, experts, and officials from relevant Nepali agencies. A joint peace message will be issued at the conclave’s conclusion.
The event emphasizes the link between peace and prosperity, while also highlighting Nepal’s potential for tourism and investment. Ministers for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Culture, and Civil Aviation will be in attendance.
