Riding the wave of Palworld’s success, Pocketpair has just announced the opening of a new publishing division. This label aims to collaborate with independent teams and small development studios.
The Japanese company has already announced its first collaboration with the presentation of a partnership with Surgent Studios, the team led by actor Abubakar Salim who in the past gave birth to Tales of Kenzera: ZAU. The latter intends to create a new horror video game thanks to the financial and management support of Pocketpair. Further details on this project will be released soon.
In the meantime, let’s remember that Pocketpair also has to deal with the other side of the coin linked to the success of Palworld: the lawsuit brought by Nintendo for alleged patent violations.
