Pokhara, Nepal’s recently designated ‘Tourism Capital’, is set to become even more vibrant with the news that clubs, discos, and live music venues will now be allowed to operate throughout the night. This change, announced by Gandaki Province Chief Minister Surendra Raj Pandey, is designed to significantly enhance Pokhara’s appeal to both domestic and international visitors.
The extended hours apply specifically to establishments in popular tourist areas such as Lakeside, Prithvi Chowk, Mahendra Pul, and Chipledhunga. This decision is expected to create a more exciting and dynamic atmosphere in the city, offering tourists a wider range of entertainment options after dark.
With its stunning natural beauty and now, an extended nightlife scene, Pokhara is poised to become an even more desirable destination for travelers seeking adventure and unforgettable experiences.
