Pokhara, Nepal – A fire broke out at Sarowar Hotel, a prominent lakeside establishment, early this morning. The blaze, originating from an electrical short circuit, ignited in the spa and store located on the first floor.
A joint effort by the Armed Police Force’s Kalika Gan Kaski and the Baidam ward office successfully extinguished the fire. Approximately 15 personnel were involved in the firefighting operation.
Thankfully, no casualties were reported. However, the full extent of property damage is yet to be determined.
