The Weather Forecasting Division forecasts rain in Kathmandu Valley today (Wednesday), particularly during the afternoon. The shift in weather conditions comes after a clear morning, with clouds now gathering.
According to meteorologists, heavy rainfall is likely after 2 pm, with minimal sunshine expected. This change will likely bring a slight chill to the afternoon, and the maximum temperature could stay within the range of 19 to 21 degrees Celsius, lower than usual.
Today’s minimum temperature saw a slight increase, recorded at 9.5 degrees Celsius compared to Tuesday’s 7.7 degrees Celsius. Meteorologists explain that the overnight cloud cover contributed to the warmer minimum temperature.
