The Rastriya Sabha griha (City Hall) building complex in Bhrikutimandap has been inundated with water following heavy rainfall last night. The building, which also houses the office of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City, is facing severe waterlogging due to the lack of proper drainage systems.
Emergency crews are currently working to pump out the water using two pumps. The flooding has disrupted normal operations within the complex.
