SARLAHI, Nepal – A fatal motorcycle accident occurred last night on the under-construction railway track in Lalbandi, Sarlahi, claiming the life of 50-year-old Rajkumar Chaudhary of Jabdi, Lalbandi Municipality-4.
The incident took place near Jaruwa Pani, Lalbandi Municipality-3, where Chaudhary’s motorcycle (JA 11 PA 7548) reportedly fell off the railway track around 8:50 pm. Locals immediately responded and rushed Chaudhary to Model Hospital in Lalbandi Bazar, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries.
According to the Lalbandi Police Office, doctors at the hospital declared Chaudhary dead upon arrival. His body has subsequently been transferred to Malangwa Provincial Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
The local police are investigating the circumstances of the accident to determine the cause.
