Lalitpur: A month has passed since the disappearance of a 20-year-old youth from Dhapakhel, Lalitpur. Arun Kumar Sharma, originally from Siraha but residing in Dhapakhel, was last seen on July 9.
According to Sharma’s neighbor, Pramod Shah, the youth went missing around 7 PM and has not been in contact with his family since. The family immediately reported the disappearance to the police, but the search has yielded no results thus far.
Lalitpur District Police Spokesperson SP Nareshraj Subedi confirmed that the search for Sharma is ongoing, but authorities have yet to determine his whereabouts. Sharma reportedly left his room to visit a friend’s place but never returned.
The investigation has been hampered by the fact that Sharma’s mobile phone is switched off, making it difficult to track his location.
