The South African Shaun Norris signed a final day of 67 strokes (five under par), which allowed him to overcome the six hits he had with the leadership of the Swede Marcus Kinhult, and took the victory in the Alfred Dunhill held at the Leopard Creek in Malalane (South Africa), from the DP World Tour.
Shaun Norris, 42 years old and number 220 in the ranking, completed the eighteen-hole course with an eagle, five birdies and a bogey to sign a card of 67 strokes and a total of 275 (-13).
Kinhult, who started as the leader at the beginning of the day, did not have a good day and ended with a card of 72 strokes (+6), which relegated him to third place in the classification with 276 (-2), the same number than the South African Ryan Van Velzen, who was second.
Ángel Ayora started the day four strokes behind Kinhult’s lead after completing the third day with 65 strokes (-7) but could not repeat his good performance of the previous day and signed a card of 71 strokes (-1) and a total of 277 (-11) to finish fifth. Nacho Elvira, who rose thirty places on the last day, finished 19th (-7). Manuel Elvira was 28th (-4), Joel Moscatel 36th (-3) and Jorge Campillo 47th (-1).
